How MindRise came to exist
We started with a question that wouldn't leave us alone: Why do so many capable people feel stuck?
MindRise wasn't born in a corporate boardroom or from a business plan. It emerged from years of conversations—late-night discussions among psychologists, coaches, and former corporate professionals who all shared a common frustration.
We kept meeting brilliant individuals who were trapped. Not by circumstance, but by invisible barriers they'd constructed themselves. People with engineering degrees working in finance because it seemed sensible. Creatives who'd buried their talents under practical careers.
