Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Session times can be flexible. If standard hours don't work with your schedule, mention it in your email and we'll find a solution.
Visiting our office
Our office is intentionally designed to feel calm and private, not clinical or corporate. Comfortable seating, natural light, soundproofed rooms. A space where honest conversations can happen.
We're located in the Aspen Heights building on Martin Road, easily accessible via public transport. Parking is available for those driving.
First-time visitors: the building entrance is on Martin Road. Take the lift to the 8th floor. Our suite is #08-12. You'll see our name on the door.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?

How do I know which service is right for me?
If you're unsure, mention that in your email. We can discuss your situation and recommend the best fit. We also offer free 20-minute consultations for this exact purpose.
Is everything confidential?
Absolutely. What you share with us stays with us. We follow strict confidentiality protocols. Your privacy is non-negotiable.
What happens after I send an email?
We'll respond within 24 hours (usually faster) to acknowledge your message and suggest next steps—usually either scheduling a call or booking your first session, depending on what you've requested.
Can I work with MindRise if I'm not in Singapore?
Yes. While we're based in Singapore, we work with clients internationally via video sessions. Time zone differences are usually manageable.
